Tuyere Stock Assemblyfor Blast Furnacehas the following 3 characteristics: 1.1 Good sealing effects and no blast leakage a) Multi sealing is adopted. Soft sealing material and metallic sealing cushion are adopted in flange interface position. b) The refractory design is optimized as per physical principle to realize local pressure reduction in flange interface position. c) Process guarantees the reliability of sealing. The test pressure is 1.5 times of design pressure. Due to adoption of the above measures, the products can guarantee no blast leakage. 1.2 Out shell temperature is low. This can improve working environment, reduce heat loss and improves safety coefficient.
