Adopt horizontal-vertical arranged mills for roughing mill, intermediate mill and prefinishing mill. This realizes non-twisting rolling for whole production line. Adopt eight or ten stands of ultra-heavy top-crossing 45° non-twisting mills for finishing train. And it is possible to reserve the sizing mill and realize the online heat treatment. The guarantee speed of finishing mill is 105m/s. Adopt water-cooling water boxes and big-volume retarded roll table type air cooling conveyor. Adopt horizontal 2-Hi pinch roll and 15°inclination laying head to ensure the product from straight line into loop to be collected. Adopt complete double-arm rotary coil collecting system and coil conveying system.
